Home Inspections
We will inspect your home inside and out, top to bottom. Siding, foundation, roof, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, interior, attic, basement, crawlspace & more. We will walk through areas of concern with you & you will receive the report w/photos-same day.
Sewer Scopes
You will receive a written summary indicating any defects and possible recommendation for your sewer. A link to view the entire scope will be provided with the written summary. **Discounted when bundled with the home inspection and radon report.
Radon Inspection
We will perform a 48 hour radon inspection to determine if your home has this possible cancer causing gas. Results will be sent to you the day the inspection is complete. **DISCOUNT offered when bundled with another service!**
New Construction 1 Year Home Warranty Inspection
We will provide an inspection based on your needs prior to your builders 1 year home warranty expiring.
Home Maintenance Review
We will evaluate specific components of your home and provide a report.
